Sold: Benetti Motopanfilo 45M, Hull One
The first hull of Benetti's Motopanfilo 45M, sold in build with Mare Port Digital and Divo Yacht representing the buyer. Delivery January 2027.
We are proud to begin the year with the sale of the Benetti Motopanfilo 45. Currently under construction, the first hull of this series is already known for its Veranda Deck concept and its strong architectural identity.
Mare Port Digital, under Yauheniya Kuzmitch, collaborated with Divo Yacht, under Volga Diaugo, representing the buyer and working closely with Benetti throughout the transaction.
Delivery is scheduled for January 2027, with her debut planned around the Monaco Grand Prix that year. We look forward to seeing her take shape and begin her journey.
The Veranda Deck
The idea behind the Motopanfilo 45M is to take Benetti's heritage profile and open it up. A modern wide body layout gives interior volume and natural light closer to a much larger yacht, while the Veranda Deck turns the main deck into something closer to a terrace than a saloon with a view.
It runs aft into an expansive beach area, and the circulation between inside and outside was designed as one movement rather than two separate zones. On a 45 metre boat that is a meaningful difference in how the space is actually used.

Buying a boat that does not exist yet
Taking hull one of a new series is a different exercise from buying a finished yacht. There is no sea trial to attend and no survey to commission, so the diligence moves earlier: the contract, the payment milestones, the specification, and an honest read of the yard's track record on a first of class.
