A yacht agency first. We sell and source the boats, supervise the builds and run them once they are yours. Alongside that we do the technology and marketing work the marine industry runs on, including how to put AI to use without breaking what already works.

Two agencies, one crew
Mare Port Digital is a yacht agency, founded in 2024 by people who had already spent years in the industry. We represent buyers and sellers, supervise new builds, manage yachts in service and stand in for owners at the shipyard. That is the work the company is built around and it is where most of our week goes.
We are also a technology and marketing studio for the marine industry, and that is deliberate rather than a side line. The people who negotiate a hull contract are the people who understand what a shipyard needs its brand to say, and the people building a brokerage website have sat through the sea trials. It is why our listings are written and photographed the way they are.
For marine businesses that second half covers photography, campaigns, websites, search, and increasingly how to bring AI into a working day without disrupting it. We operate across the United States, the Mediterranean and the Middle East, and we are small enough that the person you meet is the person who does the work.
- Yacht sales, new build, management and owner representation
- Buyer and seller representation, from first viewing to closing
- Marketing, IT and AI integration for marine businesses
Yachts for sale
A selection of the yachts we currently represent, in central agency and on open listing, in collaboration with our partner Divo Yacht. Every listing is shown with the specification as it stands, not as we wish it stood.

Built and sold by us
New builds we managed through construction, and yachts we sold. Some are back on the market and are listed above as well.

Yauheniya Kuzmitch
Jane has worked in the marine industry since 2020, on both sides of a business that most people only ever see one side of. She is the broker who closes the transaction and the marketer who has spent years running campaigns for some of the largest names in the industry.
On the brokerage side she has acted as buyer's broker on transactions including the Tecnomar for Lamborghini 63 and the first hull of the Benetti Motopanfilo 45M, the latter sold in build with delivery set for 2027. Both were done in collaboration with Divo Yacht, and both involved working directly with the shipyard rather than through intermediaries.
On the marketing side she has built and run digital programmes for large marine industry clients: brand positioning, content, advertising and search. That background is why a Mare Port Digital listing is written and photographed the way it is, and why our clients tend to arrive through a search result rather than a cold call.
- Active in the marine industry since 2020
- Buyer representation on Benetti and Tecnomar transactions
- Marketing lead for large marine industry clients
Marine services
The core of the business. Finding and selling the boat, supervising her build, running her once she is yours, and standing on your side of the table at the yard.

Yacht Sale
We represent buyers and sellers across the brokerage market, from performance day boats to full displacement superyachts. On the buy side that means shortlisting honestly, arranging viewings that are worth the flight, and pushing back on a price when the survey says we should. On the sell side it means pricing a boat where she will actually trade, and putting her in front of the people who are looking.
Every deal runs through a proper brokerage process: offer, deposit held in a client account, sea trial and survey, acceptance, closing. You always know which stage you are at and what happens next.
- Buyer and seller representation
- Valuation and market positioning
- Sea trial, survey and closing coordination
- Central agency listings and co-brokerage

New Build
A new build is a two to four year project, and most of the value is decided in the first three months. We help you choose the yard and the platform, read the technical specification for what it does not say, and negotiate the construction contract and payment milestones before anything is signed.
After contract we stay on the project. Design reviews, owner supply decisions, change orders, sea trials and the punch list at delivery all get the same attention as the day the deal was signed.
- Yard and platform selection
- Specification review and contract negotiation
- Design and interior coordination
- Milestone inspections through to handover

Yacht Management
Running a yacht well is unglamorous work: budgets, flag and class, crew contracts, ISM and MLC paperwork, insurance renewals, yard periods that need to finish on time. We take that off the owner and report on it in plain language, monthly.
The aim is simple. No surprise invoices, no lapsed certificates, and a boat that is ready the week you want to use her.
- Annual budgeting and cost control
- Flag, class and regulatory compliance
- Crew recruitment, contracts and payroll
- Refit and maintenance planning

Owner's Representation
A shipyard has a project manager, a naval architect and a legal team. An owner usually has none of those on site. We stand in that gap, in the shed, checking that what is being built is what was bought.
We attend the yard on a defined schedule, keep a written record of every deviation, and escalate the ones that matter while there is still time to fix them cheaply. Our only interest in the project is yours.
- Independent, yard-side supervision
- Progress reporting and photographic records
- Change order and variation control
- Warranty and snagging management
Technology and marketing
The studio side, for marine businesses rather than owners. Shipyards, brokerages, marinas and refit yards come to us for the systems and the visibility that the boats alone do not provide.

AI Integration
Most brokerages and yacht agencies have now been sold an AI tool. Far fewer have changed how a single day actually runs. We start from the opposite end: we sit with your team, follow a real enquiry from first email to closing, and pick the two or three points where a model saves hours instead of creating a new thing to check.
For a brokerage that is usually the enquiry pipeline. A buyer writes in at midnight in Italian; the enquiry is summarised, matched against your central agency list and the co-brokerage feed, and lands in the CRM already tagged with budget, length and cruising area. We wire that into whatever you already run, Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive or a spreadsheet nobody wants to give up, so the broker opens one system and not five. Listing copy and multilingual translations get drafted from the spec sheet, and the follow-up that usually gets forgotten after a boat show goes out on time.
For a management or agency operation the work is different. Crew and captains file reports from the boat, often on a bad connection, so we build capture that survives it: a voice note or a few photographs from the engine room become a structured maintenance entry, a defect list, or a line in the refit log that the office can actually search. Yard quotes and shipyard specifications get read into comparable summaries. Invoices reconcile against the budget instead of against somebody remembering. Certificate and flag renewal dates get watched, so nothing lapses because one person was on leave.
Then we set the guardrails: what the model may see, what it may send, and what always stops at a person. Client data, owner movements and deposit instructions never go near a system that would train on them, which matters more here than in most industries. We are equally willing to tell you where AI is the wrong answer. A broker relationship, a sea trial judgement and a price negotiation are not automation problems. What we hand over is a small number of things that work, documented well enough that your team can run and extend them without us.
- Enquiry triage, qualification and multilingual reply drafting
- CRM integration with Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive or your own stack
- Listing copy and translation generated from spec sheets
- Crew and captain field reporting that works on a poor connection
- Yard quote and specification comparison, invoice reconciliation
- Certificate, flag and class renewal tracking
- Data boundaries, access limits and human sign-off built in

IT and Data Protection
This is the office side of a marine business, not the boat. Brokerages, yacht management companies and agencies run on Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, a shared drive full of contracts and survey reports, and an inbox that moves real money. We set that up properly and then look after it.
That means accounts and shared drives organised so a listing folder, a management file and an owner's paperwork are where the next person expects them. It means email that is actually authenticated, with SPF, DKIM and DMARC configured, because a spoofed invoice on a deposit transfer is the single most expensive thing that can happen to a brokerage. It means devices that are encrypted and backed up, and it means access that is removed the day someone leaves rather than three months later.
On data protection we work to what you are actually bound by. Client and crew records fall under GDPR for European work and under state privacy law in the US, so we write the retention rules, keep the processing records, restrict who can open what, and make sure a subject access request or a deletion request is something you can answer in an afternoon.
- Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 setup and administration
- Shared drive structure for listings, contracts and management files
- Email authentication with SPF, DKIM and DMARC against invoice fraud
- GDPR and US privacy compliance for client and crew records
- Access control, offboarding, device encryption and backups

Photo and Video Shoots
Boats are sold on the strength of their photography long before anyone steps aboard. We plan and run marine shoots end to end: location, weather window, chase boat, drone permissions, crew and talent, and a shot list that covers what buyers actually want to see.
You get a finished, licensed library, cut for brokerage listings, press submissions and social in the aspect ratios each one needs.
- Exterior, interior and aerial coverage
- Walkthrough films and launch coverage
- Retouching and licensed delivery library
- Formats cut for listings, press and social

The marine trade press is a small world with real gatekeepers. We plan and buy media across the titles and platforms that the industry reads, and we write the copy so that it sounds like it belongs there.
That covers print and digital placement, show campaigns timed around Monaco, Cannes, Fort Lauderdale and Dubai, and the follow-up that turns a stand visit into a conversation.
- Media planning and buying in marine titles
- Boat show and event campaigns
- Creative, copywriting and artwork
- Reporting on reach and enquiries

SEO and Marketing
This is the half of the business that gives us our name. We build and rank websites for shipyards, brokerages, marinas and refit facilities: fast sites, clean structured data, and content written by people who know the difference between a tender garage and a beach club.
We also make sure you are legible to the tools buyers now ask first. Structured listings, consistent business data across directories, and pages that answer a question directly are what get a brand quoted by a search engine and by an AI assistant.
- Technical SEO and Core Web Vitals
- Structured data and AI search visibility
- Website design and build
- Content, email and social strategy
